Rules and Regulations
Booking
- Tickets can only be redeemed for one person at a time, and do not transfer in any way. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Foods from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the park. Intoxicated persons are not allowed to enter the park.
- All persons, baggage, and parcels entering the park will be subject to a security check. This may include checks at any other location deemed appropriate by us.
- Please show common courtesy to fellow park guests and our service staff. Do not use any foul language and engage in unsafe or offensive behavior
- Attitude is a key to having when going to an amusement park. Please do not stand around in the queue and make sure you wear clothes appropriate for the park.
Activities & Safety
- In order to maintain a safe environment while you enjoy all of our water rides, the Park Dress Code always ensures that any costumes you wear are made out of Polyester or Nylon.
- Clothing specifically created for water parks is permitted. Those not made for water parks, including sarees, churidars / salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts/blouses, burkhas/pardas, and mehndi outfits are not allowed in the park. Certain high thrill rides also do not allow denim clothing either at their entrances or on
- Do not wear shawls or scarfs while enjoying a ride to ensure the safety of all the visitors at the park
Guests are advised to follow safety instructions on rides and obey the cautionary signs. They will not be held accountable for any injuries that might occur. - The pools are not deep. Please do not jump into Swimming pools.
- Pregnant Women, heart patients, and persons with high blood pressure should avoid fast or adventurous rides.
- Parents must carefully watch over their children. Kids should be with an adult to be able to have a good time.
- There may be some height and weight restrictions on some rides for safety reasons.
- Guests under a certain height or above/below a certain weight may not be able to take some of the rides.
- If the situation at the park requires it, we may have to ask guests to leave before closing time.
- To ensure a safe and exciting experience, the management reserves the right to shut down rides at any time without prior notice.
- Anyone who misbehaves or breaks the rules at our park can be banned from it. We reserve the right to cancel a ticket and remove that person from the vicinity.
- Smoking is not permitted in the common areas of this park. Kindly use the specified area for that same.
- Pets are not allowed at resort.
Food
- As we’re a Pure Veg Resort – outside food is NOT allowed. Jain Food is available for those who want something different.
Cancellation Policy
- The amount will not be refundable, but it can be adjusted within the next booking. If you inform us 10 days before the start time of your booking, we will be able to make alterations for you.
- If you cancel your booking on the same day that it’s booked, then any money you paid in advance will not be refunded or adjusted.
- Please Note All cancellations on the same day, as well as 2 days prior to your trip, will not be accepted. You will be obliged to pay the full amount in advance.
Management Instructions
The following activities are not allowed without prior management approval:
- Sell goods or services, display goods or services for sale
- Distribution of printed materials is prohibited.
- Any information about a Sale Promotion or unauthorized event
- Standee of any other Display printed materials
- Photos, videos, and recordings are not allowed for any commercial purpose.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of your personal items
To maintain the Ambience of the property, all drivers should follow these few short instructions:
- Speeding and honking on the road, eating gutka, panparag and spitting, roaming on the campus outside of parking zones are strictly not allowed.
